Shipping policy

NOTE: All the products are delivered within 48 hours of the business day in the UAE and reach your doorstep.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours SUNDAY-THURSDAY 8 am - 5 pm.

We can ship to virtually any address in UAE. .
When you place an order, we will get real-time shipping quotes and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping address.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
