How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.  Item must return the item within 7 Working days of your purchase.


If any product is received by the customer is damage/ defective by the customer, due to any reason beyond our control. We will replace the same at no extra cost. Customers are requested to contact our customer care service team at +971556347555 in order to understand the process.

Conditions for Return:

  1. Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
    2. Products/Items should be UNUSED.
    3. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
    4. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

Tradezone.ac aims to ensure that you have a hassle-free shopping experience and completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority.

For this reason, we offer an easy 7 Day Returns Policy, from the date of delivery. Please use the following guidelines to process a return:

Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours before order confirmation call; 
  • Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 Days for the refund transfer to be completed.

How long will the processing of my cancellation request take?

Once you put in a cancellation request for the item(s) in your order, Tradezone.ac will take a maximum of 1 to 2 business days for cancelling the order and initiating refund. You will be notified about the same. Please contact the bank concerned directly in the event of any delay, after confirmation of the refund/cancellation from Tradezone.ac Returns Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tradezone.care@gmail.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
